The buyer has the right to return (100% refund) or exchange (equivalent in value or with additional payment) the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase, while maintaining the product's commercial qualities, having the original packaging and product tags, a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase of the product through the website https://tonybellucci.com.ua/. 

In case, return/exchange of goods The buyer pays for the delivery of goods by Nova Poshta. The indication by the payer of the recipient's delivery services will be considered a violation of the return rules and the amount of delivery services will be withheld from the funds subject to reimbursement. 

Please note - claims for goods purchased not in our store  - we do not accept.

Return of defective goods

The warranty applies to products with a manufacturing defect. 

Procedure for returning defective goods 

1. The buyer undertakes to send a letter with a photo of the defective product and a sales receipt to the email address tonybellucci.ua@gmail.com

2. After reviewing your claim regarding the quality of the goods, Tony Bellucci Ukraine will inform you of the decision by reply letter. In some cases, we may need a visual examination of the product.

3. In case of confirmation of a manufacturing defect or the need for an examination, you will receive an address to which you must send the defective product in the same form and packaging with the attached warranty card, as well as a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase through the website https://tonybellucci.com.ua/ (Shipment at the expense of the buyer/sender)

4. After sending, provide the number of the consignment note, according to which we can receive the goods.

5. The company undertakes to first carry out warranty repairs of the defective product at the expense of the company. If repair is not possible, an exchange or refund for this product is carried out.

Defective goods are accepted in accordance with the established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" terms (Article 1, Clause 7, Item 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection"):

• small leather goods - wallets, key holders, credit card holders, business card holders, cases, document covers and other accessories - 30 days from the date of purchase;

• women's, men's and travel bags - 50 days;

• suitcases, business briefcases and folders - 70 days;

• leather belts - 30 days.

The warranty does not apply to the following products:

• goods with damages related to improper use of the goods

• goods with mechanical damages, including contaminated goods

• goods with damages caused by precipitation

• goods with changes in the color or texture of the leather, arising due to its natural properties during use

• goods after the expiration of the warranty period

For the manufacture of goods of the brands Tony Bellucci, Bond NON, The Bond, Enzo Nori the upper (face) layer of calfskin is used, the pattern of which only confirms the quality of the materials used in the manufacture of goods. Minor abrasions, slight unevenness, roughness and moles on the skin are not a defect, but indicate the naturalness of the material and emphasize the uniqueness of the purchased product.
