Return and exchange terms

  • Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
  • Return delivery of goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta service at the buyer's expense.


Return conditions for goods of proper quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" There are two reasons why a buyer can return or exchange a product they purchased:
1. if the product does not meet the quality stated by the manufacturer;
2. if the product fully meets all the requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.
The return must be of proper quality, namely:

  • the product packaging is not damaged
  • the complete set
  • there is no mechanical damage
  • there are no signs of use

The shipment can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are made at the expense of Sender. 
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after the seller receives and checks the goods.


Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality:
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" In case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law, has the right to demand:

  • proportional price reduction;
  • free elimination of product defects;
  • reimbursement of expenses for eliminating product defects.
  • if product defects are detected that cannot be repaired, the Client may request a replacement of the product or a refund. Notification of receipt of a product of inadequate quality must be made within the first 24 hours after receipt of the product by the Client by phone call, notification to e-mail tonybellucci.ua@gmail.com in the Viber messenger by phone +380682052020.

Consumer requirements, provided for in this article shall not be implemented if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise satisfying the consumer's requirements established by part one of this article) prove that the product defects arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using or storing the product. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality check of the product personally or through his/her representative.
Returns are made at the recipient's expense.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 working days after the seller receives and checks the product.


According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of proper quality to a consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
