Delivery in Kyiv and Ukraine by the transport service "Nova Poshta"

When ordering goods for an amount less than 5000 UAH. - You pay the cost of delivering goods to the branch according to the rates of Nova Poshta.


When ordering goods for an amount over 5000 UAH. - the cost of delivery to the emergency room is at our expense;

  • If when ordering goods you choose "Cash on delivery - Payment upon receipt", then the money transfer fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH. is charged to the recipient of the parcel (goods);
  • Shipping is carried out without prepayments (promotional goods with a prepayment of 200 UAH).
  • Promotional goods with a discount are shipped only with a minimum prepayment of 200 UAH.
  • The minimum order amount for shipping/delivery by Nova Poshta is 400 UAH.

PAYMENT OF ORDERS

  • Cash upon receipt (courier delivery or cash on delivery);
  • Non-cash payment to individual entrepreneurs using IBAN details.
  • By credit or debit card when placing an order through the website. When placing an order on the website, indicate the payment method online payment.  Payment is made through the MONO or WayForPay payment service. When paying by card, the cost of the goods does not change (we do not charge any additional fees or interest).
  • Payment in installments for Monobank cardholders - without additional fees or overpayments.
  • Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt). When sending by the carrier «Nova Poshta»
  • The carrier's commission for cash on delivery "Nova Poshta" - 20 UAH. + 2% of the order amount is always paid by the recipient.
